Shipping to your country

We have three main products in a variety of sizes and three ways to deliver them.

• Greeting Cards – Shipped via regular mail service in a bubble pack envelope.
• Colour Laser Prints – Canadian Postal System
• Note: We can usually group an order or two of greeting cards with one or more colour laser prints and ship them within the weight limits. Choose the shipping rate for Colour Laser Prints and Greeting Cards.
• Within Canada – Shipped as a small parcel
• All other countries – Shipped as a large envelope through lettermail – You may choose between surface and air
• Giclées – These are shipped rolled up and put in a small diameter mailing tube to protect them.
• Small giclées (up to about 43cm or about 17” on the short side) can be shipped via Canada Post all around the world as a small packet.
• Larger giclées are placed in the tube and the tube placed in a carton and shipped via Purolator Courier.
• Colour laser prints and greeting cards can be included in the carton for savings in shipping.

Originals are always shipped by prior arrangement. Please email us when you are ready to purchase an original.

It is our intention to be fair in all of our interactions with our customers. We will do our best to group multiple items into one shipment to save you money and we will be happy to give you a refund where ever we can.
If the shipping amount on your order seems to be excessive or in error, please email us and we will do what we can.

Tracking Your Shipment

When we ship your order to you, we email you with a tracking number. You can use this number to find out where in the world your package is. Cool eh! This web stuff is great!
