Dancing in the Sky
This lively painting is about heat and work. Carrying good while the heat rises and makes the hills waver and the clouds dance in the sky.
Barb has undertaken the painting of several canvases as a fundraiser for the Canadian Harabee Education Society program in Tanzania.
Sadly, for large parts of Africa, this is “running” water. The average family income in Tanzania is about $300 per year. Girls are traded for cattle and rarely get an education. High school education is $400/yr. Often families and villages can put the money together to educate boys. This painting is to assist the CHES program to get girls to school.

20% of the gross proceeds will be donated to the CHES program to assist them with finishing the construction of their new school and then to assist them on continuing in their program.
