Two Herons

Barb has a real love of herons and has painted several. She painted this painting at a friends’ house. When she was done, one of her friends came around the corner and gasped with delight at the flowers and the colours. This reaction and her explaining her delight has given Barb a new way to see her own paintings. One of her other friends, visiting from Alberta, wanted it as soon as she saw it. Fortunately, Leo came by and literally plucked it from her hands to keep it long enough to get it scanned. (Such is the perilous lot of your tenacious curator!)
